Hilda Annersley pulled on her MA gown and draped the hood over her head. From beneath the hood, the eyes which had never yet needed glasses glittered, and she spoke in deep dark tones in that beautiful melodious voice.
“I find your lack of faith disturbing,” she said to the new girl, Naomi Elton, who goggled.
The Headmistress waved at her Co-Head, Nell Wilson, who was also wearing her MSc gown and hood in the same dramatic manner, at Hilda’s side.
“The faith is strong with this one,” the Headmistress added.
“I’ve got a bad feeling about this,” Naomi muttered.
Anyone who wants to can pick this up and run with it, or whatever.
I should have said MAY!
